2005年に設立した有限会社くろだでは、淡路島産の果物を用いて多彩なジャムを製造しています。特にビワが占めており、無農薬で育てたものを使っています。

Kuroda Co. Limited is a father-son partnership food manufacturer established in 2005.  Using their self-grown agricultural products and other fresh ingredients from Awaji Island, Koroda Co Limited creates a variety of mouth-watering confectionaries, such as jam, difuku (大福) and cookie.  They believe good flavors arise where food ingredients are available in abundance.  With the blessings of nature in Awaji Island, Kuroda Co. Limited strives to create more blessings through nature’s gifts.

  • It has long been known that loquat (びわ) of Awaji Island is one of the highest quality in Japan.  Awaji loquat is known to be shinny orange color with high moisture and sugar contents.  The well-balanced of sweet and sour mixture flavour makes it a perfect ingredient for jam making.
    Loquat is classified as food of "Metal" and "Earth" elements in the 5-element theory to nurture spleen and lungs.
