Our Mission
NŌCA was founded by an international group currently based in Awaji Island. Awaji Island is famously known as the origin of Japan and is blessed with a richness in both nature and culture. Today, Awaji Island hosts a unique rural community that produces a variety of high quality agricultural products.
Inspired by the story of Awaji Island, NŌCA aims to preserve local brands and expand products which embody the Japanese agricultural spirit.
We aim to introduce gourmet foods that can be made accessible to a wider audience through effective marketing, advertising and multilingual services.
The NŌCA brand philosophy is built upon the traditional concept of 5 elements and 5 seasons. Consuming foods and utilizing ingredients that are in accordance with the seasons is the best way to maintain a high energy level and harmonious internal balance.
In an effort to promote well-being around the globe, NŌCA is dedicated to the provision of an extensive range of locally grown delicacies.
